Developing the Next Generation of Aviation Maintenance Professionals
Real aircraft. Experienced professionals. Innovative training.

Training the next generation of aviation professionals
Our passion is aircraft maintenance, and our purpose is to pass it on to the next generation of aviation professionals. At AEAT, we prepare future industry professionals by combining technical knowledge, practical skills and professional attitude (KSA) with the expertise of experienced industry specialists.
From day one, our students learn in an environment that reflects the reality of aircraft maintenance, developing the competencies they need to build their careers safely and efficiently while upholding the highest industry standards.
Our training centers
Our Training Portfolio
Our training catalogue is structured around three main areas:
01
Basic Training
B1 and B1-to-B2 pathways. Part-147 approved. In collaboration with IES Son Pacs (Mallorca).
Training Content
We want to train the people who will become part of the future AEAT team, giving them the technical foundation they need while bringing them closer to what drives us every day: our passion for aircraft maintenance.
Our Basic Training programmes include B1 training and B1-to-B2 qualification pathways, delivered under our Part-147 approval.
For our students, joining our training programme means much more than attending classes. It is a unique opportunity to learn alongside experienced aviation maintenance professionals from day one, connecting technical knowledge with the reality of aircraft maintenance and gaining first-hand insight into the profession they are preparing to join.
Being located side by side with aircraft in active service gives our students a unique connection to the real maintenance environment. The aircraft, hangars and day-to-day maintenance activity become part of their learning experience, helping them connect what they learn in the classroom with what is actually happening just a few steps away.
This proximity brings aviation maintenance to life, allowing students to understand from the very beginning how their technical knowledge translates into real aircraft, real maintenance tasks and real operational challenges.
In Mallorca, Basic Training is delivered in collaboration with the Balearic Islands education authorities and IES Son Pacs, combining aviation maintenance training with the official qualification established by the Spanish education system.
Our goal is not only to provide the knowledge and skills required to become an aircraft maintenance professional, but also to share our experience, our culture and our passion for aviation, helping the next generation take their first steps towards becoming part of our team.
02
Aircraft Type Training
B1/B2. Diferences and familiarisation.
Training Content
We provide aircraft type training across a wide range of fleets, with a strong focus on the two major commercial aircraft manufacturers:
-
Boeing 737 and 787
-
Airbus: A330
-
Airbus A350: planned as part of our training portfolio in line with its introduction into the Air Europa fleet
One of the key strengths of our Type Training is the opportunity to bring practical training right next to the aircraft and the real maintenance environment.
| CLASSROOM | AIRCRAFT | SIMULATION | DIGITAL SYSTEMS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build the technical foundation | Apply knowledge in the real environment | Practise troubleshooting scenarios | Connect training with maintenance processes |
Students can move naturally from the classroom to the aircraft, and from the aircraft to simulation, applying their knowledge to realistic maintenance scenarios, troubleshooting exercises and digital maintenance processes.
This combination allows us to bring together high technical standards, direct access to aircraft and innovative training technologies within the same learning experience. Theory, practice, simulation and the digital environment come together to make training more engaging, practical and closely connected to the way aircraft maintenance is performed every day.
Across these aircraft types, we can provide complete B1 and B2 training, differences courses and aircraft familiarisation training.
Our aim is to go beyond the traditional classroom, creating a training environment where technical knowledge can be experienced, applied and reinforced through real aircraft, practical training, simulation and digital tools.

Specialised & Continuation Training
Practical programmes for maintenance professionals.
Training Content
Our specialised training portfolio covers a wide range of technical disciplines, from individual maintenance activities to comprehensive professional development programmes.
This includes engine run-up training, borescope inspection across CFM, GE and Rolls-Royce engines, and complete training pathways in aircraft structures and repairs, covering both metallic and composite materials.
We also provide essential aviation training including EWIS, Human Factors and Safety Management Systems (SMS), together with continuation training to maintain and develop the competence of mechanics, engineers and support personnel.
Beyond our standard catalogue, our specialised training capabilities allow us to adapt existing programmes or develop tailored training solutions according to specific technical, operational and competence requirements.
Whether the need relates to a particular maintenance activity, aircraft system, fleet, technology or organisational requirement, we can adjust the scope and content of the training accordingly.
Training for your organisation
Our training capabilities are not limited to our own personnel. We provide training for aviation and maintenance organisations seeking to develop, maintain or strengthen the competence of their teams.
Organisations can access our full range of training programmes, including aircraft type, specialised and continuation training, while benefiting from our ability to tailor specialised training to their particular needs.
From a standard course to a fully customised training solution, our goal is to provide flexible, practical and effective training focused on real operational needs.
Training People. Developing Competence. Sharing Our Passion.
Our ambition goes beyond delivering courses. We want to develop capable aviation professionals with the knowledge, skills and attitude required to perform safely and effectively throughout their careers.
For those taking their first steps into aircraft maintenance, it is an opportunity to learn from the people who already live this profession every day, surrounded by the aircraft, technology and real maintenance environment that will become part of their future.
For experienced professionals and other organisations, it is an opportunity to access our technical expertise, training experience and operational knowledge to continue developing their capabilities.
